As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to ensure successful project delivery, provide strategic guidance, and drive innovation using Salesforce technologies. This is an onsite position located in Chicago, IL. We are looking for US Citizens (USC) or Green Card holders who are ready to make an immediate impact on our Salesforce ecosystem Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture and Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and technical requirements. Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing, HRMS, etc.). Provide guidance on best practices for platform configuration, customization, and integrations using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Ensure the architecture is scalable, secure, and optimized for long-term maintenance and performance. Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on Salesforce technologies, helping to drive the technical direction for Salesforce-based projects. Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and junior architects. Conduct regular code reviews, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and maintain a high level of technical quality. Customization and Configuration: Oversee the development of Salesforce features, including workflows, process automation (Flow, Process Builder), custom objects, and reporting. Ensure that solutions align with the platform's best practices and are built for long-term success. Implement complex business logic using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Security and Compliance: Design security models (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.) that follow industry standards and meet organizational needs. Implement data governance best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance (GDPR, CCPA). Integration and Data Management: Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools. Optimize data modeling, ensure data integrity, and oversee data migrations to and from Salesforce.
