Location - 100% Remote About the Role: We are looking for a talented SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for North America extended business hours. Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central modules - Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system - Provide support for North America extended business hours - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field Required Skills: - SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) functional experience - SuccessFactors role-based permissions (RBP) configuration experience - EC Payroll security knowledge/experience - Available to support North America extended business hours - SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Onboarding preferred, but not required - SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification preferred, but not required Nice to have skills: - SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) functional experience - SuccessFactors role-based permissions (RBP) configuration experience - EC Payroll security knowledge/experience T hanks & Regards Raj | American Unit Inc -- Keywords: information technology SuccessFactors Security Consultant. -- Remote [email protected] |
