This role involves configuring SAP HR modules (such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll) and developing custom ABAP code as required. The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR and IT teams to gather requirements, implement solutions, and ensure smooth operation of SAP HR systems. Key Responsibilities: SAP HR Module Configuration: Configure and customize SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY), to meet business requirements. ABAP Development: Write and modify ABAP programs, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF), to support specific HR business needs. Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document requirements for SAP HR functionality and translate these into functional and technical specifications. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for SAP HR configurations and ABAP developments to ensure high quality and performance. Data Management and Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports, data extracts, and interfaces to ensure accurate and timely data flow between SAP HR and other systems. Issue Resolution and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP HR modules and ABAP programs, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Documentation and Training: Create technical and functional documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials for end users and support teams. Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP HR module configuration (PA, OM, TM, PY). 4+ years of experience with SAP ABAP development, including RICEF objects. Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including experience with user exits, BAPIs, BAdIs, and HR-specific infotypes. Familiarity with HR business processes and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR and IT teams. Knowledge of SAP Fiori or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
