The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and implementing high-performance data solutions tailored to support advanced analytics and data management in a telecom environment. This is a fully remote role requiring strong expertise in ETL processes, Informatica, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform), along with extensive experience within the telecommunications industry. Key Responsibilities: Data Architecture Design: Develop scalable, robust, and efficient data architecture frameworks for data storage, access, and analytics in support of the telecom domain's business objectives. Data Modeling: Design logical and physical data models that meet organizational data standards and support complex reporting and analytical requirements. Database Development: Define and enforce database development standards to ensure consistent quality, performance, and security. Data Warehousing: Implement, manage, and optimize data warehouse solutions to support large-scale, high-velocity data environments. ETL & Data Integration: Oversee ETL processes and manage data integration using Informatica to ensure smooth, reliable, and secure data flow across platforms. GCP Cloud Management: Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to build and optimize cloud-native data solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Data Analytics: Implement and manage data analytics systems to enable advanced data insights and business intelligence. Data Governance: Establish data governance standards and policies for data quality, data management, and data lifecycle management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field (Masters preferred). experience as a Data Architect, with a focus on telecom data environments. Strong expertise in data modeling, database development standards, and data warehousing. Proficient in ETL tools, particularly Informatica. Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data solutions. Hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality. Telecom domain experience required, with a clear understanding of industry-specific data challenges and requirements. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience with data governance frameworks and tools. Advanced certifications in data management or cloud services (e.g., GCP Professional Data Engineer) are highly desirable.
