Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve mobile app problems. Proficient in managing and configuring Intune for mobile devices management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions for Intune Company Portal Experience. Process orders for new USAA Wireless equipment including collecting mailing address and ordering/shipping the correct assets based on the employee role. IT Analyst will be responsible for researching and refreshing outdated devices providing an updated corporate device. Ensures to educate corporate users on the compliance settings to protect corporate data on mobile devices. Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Provide customer support through Service Requests/Incidents.
