Role: Metro Market Lead Systems Specialist Contribute to Pre-Sale activities (Project Estimate and Scope Review) Undertake a sales handover to interpret and understand the scope of work Communicate Project Information with Internal Associates and External Customer Evaluate the contractual scope of work, impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and / or scheduling changes. Responsible for planning, executing, and management of individual projects/project portfolio; Resources, Tasks, Cost, Schedule, and Scope. Proactively Identify Risk/Clarify Items, such as HVAC and Building Automation/Energy Management Systems: Sequence of Operation and Mechanical misapplication, Contradictions/Misses/Gaps in Direct and Tangible Scope, Value-Add/Engineered Items Coordination, Deliver, and Manage multiple, simultaneous Building Automation System/HVAC/Integration projects of various complexities. Coordinate and schedule Shared Resources with fellow Project Managers Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned. Perform Forecasting, Re-Estimating, Risk Control and Mitigation Management of Monthly Project Portfolio Financial Reporting (Revenue, Cost, Margin, Billings) Determine optimum resource levels needed to meet Customers scheduled milestones and monitoring workforce progress Negotiate, prepare, and issue subcontracts; foster and maintain good working relationships with subcontractors.
