Project Planning and Execution: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to deliver features on time. o Oversee sprint planning and ensure team readiness for successful delivery cycles. Product Vision and Roadmap: o Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Salesforce initiatives that align with business strategies. o Continuously refine and adapt the roadmap based on feedback, project progress, and evolving business needs. Quality Assurance and Testing: o Participate in testing activities to ensure that Salesforce features meet functional and performance expectations. o Support the testing team in creating test cases and scenarios based on business requirements.
