Job Description: Able to manage a team of 10 members and resolve conflicts if any. Conduct daily scrum meetings and ideation sessions. Keep stakeholders apprised of project statuses and collaborate with leaders across business units to align initiatives. Must exhibit leadership qualities by serving the team and facilitating their self-organization Collect information and carrying out business intelligence for leads and opportunities and present to the senior management for implementing a successful strategy for approach. Deal with impediments and conflicts. Must adept at problem-solving and finding solutions to keep the team on track Communicate with client to fetch requirement and analyze requirements and take care of the business requirement documentation (BRD) process. Deliver detailed feature roadmaps that include action items and project targets. Develop accurate development estimates and drafted project resource plans. Weekly status updates to Senior Management team. Play as a Team Facilitator role and scheduled meetings for our weekly SoS meetings. Also responsible for creating the tasks/bugs/epics for the team members as directed by the manager. Effectively facilitate meetings and scrum ceremonies is vital.
