Mandatory skills Project Management, Healthcare Payor Domain Exp : 12+ years Responsibilities: - Project Management expertise to develop and drive best practices for Enterprise projects or programs Deep understanding of healthcare payer, including claims processing, enrollment, billing and regulatory compliance. \\ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, must have go-getter attitude, should be smart and strong with bringing open items to closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and state-specific requirements. The role requires driving day to day tasks, setting of attainable corporate forecasts within funding and resourcing constraints and then working towards meeting them. Will be responsible for overseeing a team of finance analysts alongside the current finance manager that works on execution, logging and tracking of resource & finance related activities. Proven ability to work with software development teams to resolve technical challenges that could impact project delivery. Responsible for coordination across business, technology, and other key stakeholders to drive key decision making across efforts. Strong executive presence and the ability to influence at the various levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Deep understanding of technologies, trends, and best practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
