This role will focus on supporting testing activities for SAP Financials and customer-facing web applications. Top Skills: SAP Financials (TRM preferred) Web-Based Testing Customer-facing interaction Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Tracking, Requirement Analysis Familiarity with test tools like SolMan Test Suite, HPALM, TFS, RQM, or other QA tracking tools Automation Testing experience is preferred Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and development teams throughout the requirements, development, and testing phases. Assist in creating scenarios to validate acceptance criteria for customer requirements. Conduct functional and integration testing for both new and updated systems, liaising with third-party teams as necessary. Perform Quality Assurance checks to ensure only "fit-for-purpose" code is delivered to test environments. Prepare and organize test scenarios and scripts, prioritizing them based on business or technical requirements. Execute allocated test scripts, monitor progress, and ensure results are accurately documented. Coordinate defect re-testing and facilitate walkthroughs with third-party providers. Create and maintain all relevant testing documentation, including test scripts, activity schedules, and progress charts. Serve as a liaison for each business line, supporting test planning, activity tracking, and results analysis. Manage time, monitor risks, and track quality assurance and change management activities. Support test team members and other IT resources as necessary. Requirements: Hands-on experience in SAP Financials testing (TRM preferred). Proficient in web-based testing for customer-facing interactions. Familiar with test tools like SolMan Test Suite, HPALM, TFS, and RQM. Strong skills in Test Planning, Execution, Defect Tracking, and Requirement Analysis. Automation testing experience is a plus.
