The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation using Tosca, with a focus on mobile testing, and a proven track record of leading QA teams in delivering successful projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers in test planning, test case design, test automation, and execution using Tosca. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and business analysts) to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Design and implement robust automated test scripts and frameworks using Tosca. Perform hands-on testing activities as needed, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and mobile testing. Establish and maintain QA processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Monitor and report on QA metrics, test execution progress, and defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (10+ years) as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Tosca test automation. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Tosca. Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in mobile testing is required. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to lead QA efforts within Agile teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Good to Have: Tosca AS1, AS2, AE1, AE2, TDS, and TQL certifications.
