Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Certification in production and inventory management (CPIM) as a supply chain professional (CSCP) or a Lean Six Sigma black belt (LSSBB) is highly preferred. Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience with a minimum of eight years in a manufacturing environment (with Ten (10) years supporting Supply Chain functions) Minimum ten years of experience working within the supply chain and production modules in major ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) Experience in product/item data management including data quality monitoring and cleansing Experience gathering and documenting requirements to identify process gaps and required system configuration changes Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform tasks efficiently and within deadlines. Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems. Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills. Proven experience mentoring team members. Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers. Ability to prepare, present, and communicate solutions to technical and business audiences. Can meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
