Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Performs necessary testing of assigned programs, including the generation of test data, writing test scripts/execution sequences, examining test results, debugging detected errors, etc. Uses current software development methods/techniques and established development standards (which include programming standards, documentation standards and testing standards) to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications. Participates in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system/business requirements. Minimum Candidate Characteristics: 7+ years of hands-on experience building, testing, and troubleshooting complex systems, with expertise in Angular, C#, ASP.NET, and Oracle databases Deep understanding of system architecture, industry trends, and data security best practices to ensure high-quality, secure solutions. Exceptional Candidate Characteristics: Experience with HHS agency and/or healthcare programs, systems, and solution implementations. Expected Duration: 12 months / 2000 hours Location: This is a remote role from anywhere within the State of Texas. I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES Level Description 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
