| Job Title : SAP FICO WITH FICS Exp Only USC 100% Remote Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Module Implementation: Lead and participate in the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO) and FICS solutions. Configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and related components according to business requirements. Work with business users to define financial accounting and controlling processes, integrating them with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, and HR. FICS-Specific Functionalities: Configure and manage SAP solutions for the financial services industry, focusing on FICS-specific areas such as insurance policy management, claims processing, accounting for investments, and regulatory reporting. Provide expertise on FICS processes including underwriting, premium calculation, policy servicing, claims handling, reinsurance, and actuarial valuation. End-to-End Process Design: Design end-to-end SAP processes that cover financial transactions in areas like insurance, investments, risk management, and compliance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design solutions that address both business and technical requirements. Integration with Other SAP Modules: Ensure smooth integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as SAP Treasury (TR), SAP Investment Management (IM), and SAP Risk Management (RM). Integrate SAP FICO with third-party systems for data transfer, regulatory reporting, and financial data reconciliation. User Support and Training: Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities and financial services industry-specific processes. Assist with user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring systems are operating optimally. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies related to financial reporting and accounting. Develop and configure financial and management reports (such as balance sheet, profit & loss statements, cost center reports) in SAP FICO. Support the creation of statutory and regulatory reports, ensuring that they comply with applicable industry laws and standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SAP FICO and FICS landscapes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve financial operations.
