Skill 1 Yrs of Exp 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the telecom industry. Skill 2 Yrs of Exp In-depth experience with the eTOM (Enhanced Telecom Operations Map) framework. Skill 3 Yrs of Exp Strong understanding of telecom technologies and systems (e.g., CRM, billing, network management). Skill 4 Yrs of Exp - Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation using tools like MS Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
