Laurel, NJ (2 days/week onsite) Mandatory Skills- Visio, Agile/JIRA, Financial client exp. Contract Skills and Experience You Will Need: Required: 8yrs+, performing the role of BSA within a technology organization in either financial or tech industry. Technical background preferred if involved in working on E2E website builds Has worked and led systems analysis on complex waterfall & agile projects requiring integrations between multiple applications & engaging numerous stakeholders. Experience, and emphasis on technology/application/solution analysis for business requirements, flowcharts, and communication. ViSio flowcharting and system/process/data flow diagramming experience Experience in Credit card functioning Experience and good understanding of flat file formats and, data mapping, API mapping, non-functional requirement handling Attention to detail and ability to probe/research for accuracy of facts and documentation. Sharp documentation and fact finding, fact checking acumen.
