Role: Workday Extend Developer Location: New York, NY - Onsite Contract Job Description: Required Experience, Skills & Responsibilities - 8+ years of experience as a Workday Extend and Workday Integration Analyst or similar role. - Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. - Develop and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations. - Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements in all development activities. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users. - Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features, trends, and best practices to continually improve the development process. - Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations and sprints planning activities - Ability to analyze complex problems, propose effective solutions, and implement them within Workday. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines. Preferred : Experience developing workday extend solution for Workday Employee Talent & performance management Module Qualifications - Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related field. - Workday Certification in Integrations or other relevant modules preferred. - Experience in middleware & integrations platforms is required I would also appreciate it if you could send me an updated resume.
