| Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst Division/Department: CC1303 Systems and Strategic Sourcing Target Start Date: 11/06/2024 Target End Date: 06/16/2025 LOCALS ONLY Rate: $40 c2c Hybrid 3-4 days onsite at Old Post Office Building in Chicago IL downtown Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our team for 6-months. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in operations or consulting to help the development of our Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, provide strategic guidance, and support our complex operational activities. They will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow and Workday. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a Project Manager (PM), acting as an independent contributor and SME, actively participating in execution. This role involves creating a plan and implementing updates to internal procedures and end-user guides, while critically thinking about the impact of improvements on the big picture process. Act as a Project Manager for the development and implementation of the S2P process. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for ServiceNow and Workday, providing strategic advice and guidance. Support and advise on BAU activities in strategic sourcing, risk management, and contracting departments. Document and optimize process flows, ensuring alignment with best practices. Analyze complex problems and provide critical insights to drive decision-making. Review and interpret data to extract actionable insights. Create and deliver high-impact presentations using PowerPoint. Utilize advanced process mapping tools like Visio to document and improve processes. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Create a plan and implement updates to internal procedures and end-user guides, while critically thinking about the impact of improvements to the big picture process. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results. Extensive experience with ServiceNow and Workday. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and advanced process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deep understanding of S2P processes. Proven ability to review data and extract meaningful insights. Experience in strategic sourcing, risk management, and contracting. Experience in creating and updating internal procedures and end-user guides Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in an advisory or leadership role. Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results.
