Role: ServiceNow ITAM Architect Location:Remote Job Summary: The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of the organization and clients. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT team members to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow services and modules, enhancing IT and business workflows.Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and development of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs. Establish best practices for ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration with other enterprise systems. Ensure architectural alignment with business goals and compliance with standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Act as a technical subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing guidance on ServiceNow functionalities.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: o 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform design, configuration, and architecture. o Proven experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM and at least two additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITOM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM). o Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator preferred.
