| Position: Senior .NET Developer with XSLT Experience 10+ Years Client : Labor & Industries (L&I) Location : PA --Hybrid Job Code: 750977 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to work with the L&I Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET technologies and XSLT for data transformation tasks, particularly in processing XML-based content. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET Framework and C#. Work with XSLT to transform XML data into different formats, such as HTML or other XML structures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. Ensure the integration of XML-based systems and manage their transformation processes efficiently. Develop and manage services for data transformation and presentation, using XSLT to apply stylesheets. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize .NET applications for performance and scalability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architecture and design of software solutions. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in .NET Development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong experience with XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations) for transforming XML data. Experience in working with XML and understanding XML Schema, XPath, and XQuery. Ability to design and implement solutions using XSLT for transforming XML content. Solid understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with XML-based integrations in .NET. Knowledge of related technologies such as SOAP, RESTful web services, and database management.
