SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS) Sr. Consultant will be working extensively mapping Business Processes to SAP Project Systems (PS). The senior SAP project system Consultant is responsible for leading design efforts and architecting the configuration of project system modules. Must also be able to lead efforts and mentor consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of components of SAP ERP S/4HANA related to PS. Experience in the Utility Industry and knowledge of FERC preferred. Required: Bachelors degree required. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States SAP experience with requirements gathering, design, configuration, development support, testing and deployment of end-to-end process and mapping Business Processes to SAP Project Systems (PS) Ability to configure client identified scenarios in SAP Project Systems (PS) Ability to write Functional Specification / Configuration documents. Strong knowledge SAP PS integration with FI, CO, AA, SD, PP, PM, MM & HR Modules. Ability to work independently with the developers to develop RICEFW objects related to SAP PS module. Comfortable with directing resources and peers providing daily guidance, leading, and facilitating workshops. Strong communication, consulting, and analysis skills Apply accounting principles and multi-tiered system application standards. Solid knowledge of WBS Elements and Projects in SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of cost collection principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Understanding of the Business Processes. Identify as-is processes and to-be processes. Perform Fit/Gap Analysis based on requirements gathered Knowledge in budgets, plans, and versioning associated with WBS Hierarchies including threshold controls knowledge in FP&A and SAC Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Project Planning and Execution, SAP PP and Execution, and SAP PS Projects. This role requires a deep understanding of cost management, revenue generation, and claims handling within SAP projects. The position is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place. Implement best practices and methodologies for SAP project management. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth project transitions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. -Qualifications Possess a bachelors degree in a relevant field a masters degree is a plus. Have 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, specifically in SAP projects. Demonstrate expertise in SAP Project Planning and Execution, SAP PP and Execution, and SAP PS Projects. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills. Show proficiency in project management tools and software. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Display strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
