Configure and maintain Conga Composer, Conga Conductor, and DocuSign for Salesforce integration. Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs to enhance Salesforce functionality. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify automation opportunities, and improve document management workflows. Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems, with a focus on document management and signature workflows. Perform testing and debugging to ensure the quality and efficiency of document generation and signature processes.
