Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer Specialist with CMDB Location: Dallas TX Onsite C2C Role Summary: Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to implement and manage Discovery across Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise datacenters, focusing on CMDB, asset discovery, and vulnerability management. This role requires hands-on expertise with ServiceNow's ITOM, CMDB data model, and integration with third-party tools for a secure and compliant environment.Key Responsibilities: Discovery Implementation: Deploy and manage ServiceNow Discovery in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise data centers. Configure patterns for various Configuration Items (CIs), including servers, VCenters, storage, and middleware. CMDB Management: Extend and customize the CMDB data model to meet organizational requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within CMDB. ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and test workflows, web prototypes, and technical solutions in ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with tools using Mid Server, web services, email, and APIs. Vulnerability Management: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align vulnerability requirements within ServiceNow. Configure ServiceNow to automate vulnerability scanning, assessment, and remediation. Create dashboards and reports for monitoring compliance metrics. Administration & Troubleshooting: Manage and troubleshoot the ServiceNow instance, enforcing coding standards, meeting deadlines, and maintaining schedules.Key Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and patterns. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and datacenter infrastructure. Experience with configuration management, workflows, and ServiceNow integration Experience: ServiceNow Domain Separation experience is a plus.
