| Title:- Axway Administrator Hybrid (Candidates ONLY from DC, MD, VA, WV) 1x per week onsite during the first few months in the DC or Reston Office. Once comfortable, 1x per quarter onsite Axway Administrator to support our customer, a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization in Washington DC. We are seeking candidates that have 5 years of experience working with the Axway product, and able to upgrade the product, apply patches, and oversee building new environments for the Axway product. Other responsibilities will include: - Set up secure file transfers and folders, and troubleshoot any file transfer issues. - Support and deploy network security application and hardware components. - Work under the direction of the senior technical staff in administration, configuration, and maintenance of network and security tools and data. Required Skills - Focus for this position is on configuration and customization of Axway Product - Knowledge of file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, and FTP - Symmetric & Asymmetric Encryption knowledge is required - Knowledge of UNIX/Linux O/S, and firewalls and network topology - May also include working with other security tools: Infoblox, Qradar, ForeScout, ProofPoint, CyberArk, Carbon Black, FireEye, Palo Alto Firewall, and F5 load balancer. - Monitoring and trouble-shooting network and security incidents. - Work in collaboration with end user groups to understand requirements and provide the technical solutions. - Interact with customers at all levels to provide high-level of professional customer care for all clients. - Assist with system documentation and process mapping. - Conduct Research and Development for process improvement and innovation.
