Key responsibilities include managing broadband circuit portfolios, supporting data networking from planning to operations, overseeing wireless MDM configurations, and resolving customer escalations, with experience in ITIL, vendor management, and tools like Thousand Eyes highly valued. Duties: Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio. Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials; from a broadband circuit perspective. Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services. Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps. Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution.
