Title: Agilist- Technica Project Manager / Scrum Master Location: NY, NY (Hybrid) Job Description/Responsibilities Candidate should be ready to work from client office for at least 3 days a week. Manage each projects scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests, Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness Perform risk management to minimize project risks Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports What are the top Must Haves for this role Experience in a scrum master role, experience in technical project manager role.
