We do have opening for our client, Role : Technical PM (Must Retails POS exp) Location : Remote EST / CST Duration : Long-Term Contract Job Description : Person should have engineering /technical background strong in SDLC Should be detail oriented Should have Retail background Retail POS exp is mandatory. Retail PM, Good analytical skills/ SQL . Engineering background is a bonus. Strong program management skills who have managed large multimillion $ value projects Look for candidate with 10 to 12 yrs exp. Bachelors degree in computer science , Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficient in coding with experience in at least one programming language Strong Retail domain experience Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Relevant certifications such as PMP are a plus Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements. Capable of driving pre-sales activities and preparing compelling proposals Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and deviations from the plan. Foster effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update project sponsors and key stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential issues. Collaborate with business units to ensure project goals align with overall organizational objectives. Allocate resources efficiently, considering skills, availability, and project requirements. Work closely with team members to optimize productivity and resolve any resource-related challenges. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks. Implement risk management strategies to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
