Need Portfolio Link Senior UI/UX Product Designer with extensive experience working on RETAIL eCommerce websites. The Product Designer will also create UI assets and propose UX recommendations to help optimize sales conversions for global sites. Job Description: Bachelor degree in Digital Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in UX, UI design for e-commerce websites. Online portfolio to showcase your ability to solve complex problems is a must. Familiar using Jira and Confluence, able to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment. Mastery using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiar with setting up usability testing as well as delivering research insights. Clear understanding of WCAG 2.1 requirements and industry best practices around accessibility/inclusive design is a plus. Experience with ecommerce and social platforms in the beauty or luxury industry (plus). Experience working with research, testing and data/KPIs to drive data-driven decisions.
