The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, as well as experience in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on Kubernetes.Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure as Code: Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure using Terraform to ensure consistent and repeatable environment provisioning. Kubernetes Management: Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications, ensuring high availability and resilience. Networking Solutions: Implement and manage network infrastructure in cloud environments, optimizing connectivity, security, and performance. Automation and Scripting: Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management, deployments, and scaling. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices across infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, including network policies, access controls, and encryption. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Set up monitoring solutions, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure to improve performance and reliability. Collaboration: Work with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of network and infrastructure solutions with application requirements.Required Skills: Terraform: Extensive experience in developing and managing IaC with Terraform, including modules, state management, and versioning. Kubernetes: In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployments, and orchestration of containerized applications. Cloud Networking: Strong understanding of cloud networking (e.g., VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers) in environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and infrastructure updates. Troubleshooting and Performance Tuning: Ability to diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues and optimize system performance.Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator). Experience with Helm, Istio, or other Kubernetes tools. Knowledge of security best practices for network infrastructure. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
