The experienced resources should have successfully completed cloud transformation projects specifically with AWS, these would be cloud to cloud upgrades for Health plan clients. Need 3-4 resources who will be involved in 15-20 initial cloud upgrades and depending on the work, using the same handful of consultants for each upgrade, they would like to involve us in a pilot where we would have these resources shadow them first on one upgrade pilot, then we would do the work for the next upgrade pilot (client would shadow us) and then we would be able to teach/train, as needed.
