| Sr. AEM Developer Location: Miami, FL Remote Role Visa: USC, GC only MOI: Skype Must Have: LinkedIn Is Must We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to design, implement, and optimize AEM solutions for improved performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and digital experiences. Implement and configure AEM solutions using Sling, JCR, Sightly, Java, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP). Optimize AEM applications for performance and scalability. Manage digital assets and CMS site architecture. Develop a strong foundation in Java, including OOP, design patterns, and Java EE technologies. Integrate AEM with Adobe Target for personalized marketing campaigns. Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive web design. Utilize content fragments and experience fragments for headless content sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Additional Skills: Experience with AEM integration with tools like Workfront, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform. Familiarity with other CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, WordPress). Experience in the energy industry is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills: AEM component, template, and workflow development. Java programming, including OOP, design patterns, and Java EE. AEM performance optimization and digital asset management.
