It also includes advanced OnBase administration and operational support, platform and system incident/problem resolution, service and change request processing per DOT service level agreements (SLA), and routine health checks to maintain optimal system performance. This role supports DOT and external partners in keeping OnBase systems running efficiently. Under general supervision from the Document Management Unit supervisor, the role involves providing advanced OnBase Administrator/Developer leadership for complex EDM projects. This work impacts DOT and its external partners and customers, aligns with DOTs strategic goals, and requires multitasking, self-initiative, and independence. Clients include DOT professional and supervisory staff, end users throughout DOT, other partner agencies, and private sector entities. This position also coordinates with the Bureau of Information Technology Services (BITS), the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET), and external vendors. REQUIRED SKILLS (4+ YEARS): Electronic Content Management ( ECM) system administrator and developer, covering the planning, designing, testing, implementation, and modification of content management solutions. Advanced experience in requirements gathering and solution analysis. Expertise in developing efficiencies in electronic correspondence using the OnBase Document Composition Module. Proficiency in designing, configuring, and maintaining Unity Forms, Image Forms, and HTML Forms. Required Certifications: OnBase Certified System Administrator or OnBase Certified Installer designation. OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator or Workflow Engineer certification. NICE TO HAVE SKILLS: OnBase WorkView Certification . OnBase Certified API Certification . KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, SKILLS: Extensive knowledge of requirements gathering, solution analysis, and EDM solution implementation. Proficiency in developing document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, import processes, and Workflow solutions. Ability to write custom queries in Oracle and SQL Server. Experience with OnBase system upgrades and resolving technical issues using debugging, research, and investigation techniques. Strong understanding of EDM concepts, practices, and procedures. Independent judgment and incident management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, including creating technical documentation. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment. Coordination and teamwork skills. Knowledge of IT-related policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Familiarity with emerging technologies in EDM and related fields. Skill in problem resolution and technical support, with the ability to provide training to customers and stakeholders.
