Design & Development: Design integrations, process models, or CAF applications based on the business requirements. Collaboration & Handoff: Handoff the requirements to the development team. Address and resolve any queries the development team may have. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign-off processes Business Requirements: Capture accurate and comprehensive business requirements. Translation of Requirements: Translate the business requirements into detailed technical designs. Design Accuracy: Ensure that the development team has a clear understanding of the designs and specifications. Essential Skills: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of experience with WebMethods integrations. Proven expertise with WebMethods 10.x or higher. Strong knowledge of BPM, CAF, and TM Forum Open Digital Framework. Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in technical documentation and design. Desirable Skills: Certifications in WebMethods or related technologies. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior experience in a similar role within a large enterprise.
