Experience working on at least 2 large-scale system implementation projects involving many users and multiple locations. Advanced experience in Payroll, Time and Labor, and Absence Management for PeopleSoft HCM applications. Deep experience and understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model. Proficiency in Application Engine, SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience with data integration and specification of data services. Experience developing conversion and system implementation plans. Strong experience leading and collaborating on projects. QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools and integration technologies. Experience with Oracle databases. Proficiency in BI Publisher. Strong technical writing skills for documentation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and debug complex software. Familiarity with new Fluid technology (Activity Guide, Related Content, Drop Zones, and Tiles) is a plus.
