Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer with AWS Must join our dynamic team in Jersey City , NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies, specifically AWS. This is an onsite contract position, and we are looking for someone who can make a significant impact on our projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models and algorithms in line with business needs. Lead AI projects from conception through implementation, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions. Accurately evaluate the performance of machine learning models and optimize them for maximum efficiency and accuracy. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and AWS. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in AI/machine learning, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.) and building scalable AI solutions in the cloud. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or R. Excellent understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Demonstrable experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building end-to-end data pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
