Role: .Net Developer Location : Issaquah, WA(Hybrid) Need Local to WA only (No Relocation) Responsibilities: Job Description: Lead the development and implementation of .NET applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API. Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code. Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to best practices. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with project goals. Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Mentor junior developers and help them grow their technical skills. Stay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies and trends. Identify and implement performance optimization techniques. Participate in the design and implementation of DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment. Write unit tests and ensure high code coverage. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues. Prepare technical documentation and estimates. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical vision of the team. Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a software developer with a focus on .NET technologies. In-depth knowledge of C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and related frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React preferred). Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
