Evaluate technical competencies and tasks of the biostatistics team and assess training needs for R transition. Assess current data management and biostatistical systems and processes. Provide recommendations for improvements needed to facilitate transition to R. Provide recommendations for R software implementation:IDE SelectionR version contro lPackage selection and package version controlValidation TrainingBased on the competencies and tasks evaluated in the technical assessment, provide training and content to establish basic competency in R language for 26 users. ImplementationSupport review of validation plans, protocols, test cases, and reports. Provide input to development of standard operating procedures with respect to R version and package version control, programming requirements, and integration with data pipeline.
