Job Role: Azure /DataBricks Architect Job Location: Atlanta , GA, Dallas, TX, Kansas City (Remote) Job Description: Azure: 10+ Years CICD : 10+ Years Kubernetes/Databricks cluster management activities: 8+ Years Cloud: 5+ Years scripting languages like python or PowerShell: 8+ Years 12+ years Preferred to Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science. Strong understanding of Azure concepts and Experience with Azure platforms. Intermediate knowledge on Linux and Windows OS administration activities. Mandatory to have Microsoft Azure certification. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Good communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Review of existing architecture and propose improvements. Define platform roadmaps and strategy. Responsibilities: * End to End Management of IAAS, PAAS and SAAS Services in AZURE. * Provisioning or Deprovisioning through infrastructure as code. * Configuration management using CICD tools like Gitlab or Azure Devops. * Review and ensure security and governance violations are addressed on azure platform. * Ensure monitoring and alerting tools in place. * Ensure SOX and security compliance are taken care. * Ensure proper tagging of resources for accurate chargeback for Cloud spend across teams. * Network configuration, including TCP/IP, Domain Name System (DNS), virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, and encryption technologies. * Active Directory concepts, including domains, forests, domain controllers, replication, Kerberos protocol, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). * Resilience and disaster recovery, including backup and restore operations. * Automation of repeated operations in scripting languages like python or powershell. * Review and recommend Performance & cost optimizations. * Kubernetes/Databricks cluster management activities. * Consolidate and present periodic Status reports to Leadership. * Review current Cloud platform architecture and recommend Third-party tools & accelerators across Azure stack * Provide recommendation for sustainable and scalable re-architecture and technology landscape that help to mitigate key risks * Define Platform Roadmap and Strategy Change/Remove SubscriptionPowered by Zoniac Amaze Systems, 8951 Cypress Waters Blvd, Suite 160, Dallas, Texas 75019 Phone: 669-888-7012 Keywords: information technology golang Georgia Texas Azure /DataBricks Architect ::::: Atlanta , GA, Dallas, TX, Kansas City (Remote)- only locals [email protected] |
