Strong Knowledge of Cybersecurity Frameworks : Proficiency in frameworks like NIST-CSF and risk management tools (administrative, power user, and user roles). 5-10 Years of Experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), with experience in a compliance analyst role or similar. In-depth Understanding of Industry Compliance Standards : Familiarity with compliance management software such as Archer, ServiceNow, or MetricStream. Experience with Compliance Certification Applications and training employees on compliance practices. Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to convey complex cyber risk information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical, Organizational, and Project Management Skills : Experience in requirements analysis and developing compliance standards. Critical Thinking & Attention to Detail : Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail in handling complex information. Nice to Have: Relevant Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC. Familiarity with Process Improvement Methodologies . Experience in Quality Management .
