The ideal candidate should have expertise in integrating Oracle and non-Oracle applications, as well as connecting on-premises and cloud-based applications seamlessly. This position calls for a strong understanding of integration best practices to support both cloud and hybrid environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop integration strategies and designs using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), aligning with the organization's business and IT strategies. Create and manage integration architecture blueprints, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. Lead integration projects with other Oracle Cloud applications, including Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM, as well as with third-party systems. Build and configure integrations using OIC components, including REST and SOAP APIs, File-based integrations, and Oracle Adapters. Collaborating closely with offshore teams to deliver the integration solution. Oversee the development and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices. Work with business analysts, solution architects, and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure, cost-effective, and efficient integration solutions. Define and enforce governance policies for integration, including version control, security, and compliance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, standards, configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability. Conduct root cause analysis for any issues and recommend improvements.
