Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Mulesoft integrations: Lead web and mobile platform implementation designs and oversee existing and new API integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems, optimizing data flows, and enabling efficient, secure communication across the platform to support the project's backend infrastructure needs. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of complex MuleSoft integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Continuous Improvement: Analyze and identify areas for modification and improvement in existing solutions. Develop new solutions to meet customer requirements. Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to and maintain a development roadmap to ensure work is prioritized in line with business requirements. Best Practices: Proactively learn and apply industry best practices. Assist junior team members in their application. Testing and Quality Assurance: Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated unit tests to ensure the quality of the solutions.
