The role will involve participating in low to moderately complex initiatives, aiming to identify opportunities for process improvements within Business Execution. Responsibilities: Process Improvement : Participate in initiatives and contribute to the identification of improvement areas in Business Execution processes. Research and Evaluation : Conduct research and evaluate options to address low-to-medium risk challenges related to tactical Business Execution assignments. Analysis and Recommendation : Analyze assignments, provide insights, and make recommendations for resolving moderately complex situations. Independent Judgment : Exercise some independent judgment while developing a foundational understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Client Interaction : Provide essential information and support to client personnel within the Business Execution function. Required Qualifications: Experience : 2+ years in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or an equivalent combination of the following: work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
