Expertly use Kibana and Grafana for monitoring, logging, and alerting purposes. Analyze logs, metrics, and application performance data to troubleshoot and diagnose issues. Implement performance tuning and optimization for Java applications. Run and Manage outages and MIM (major incident Management) Apply strong analytical thinking to identify system fallouts and design reflow steps for process continuity. Manage and monitor operational funnels to ensure smooth progression through the system, identifying and addressing bottlenecks. Document operational processes, troubleshooting guides, and post-incident reports.
