At least 7 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow projects, preferably in a large and complex environment. At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, or Security Operations. Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow platform, architecture, integration, security, and performance. Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow development tools and techniques, such as scripting, workflows, orchestration, REST APIs, web services, and UI/UX. Strong knowledge and experience in agile project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more domains is preferred. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
