Project Management & Communication: - Maintain Azure DevOps with proper Sprints, Product Backlog Items and deliverables. - Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and any changes to the scope. - Coordinate with IT, ES, and DEM teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation. - Prepare and present a final report summarizing the outcomes, benefits, and recommendations for future improvements.
