Please send me your genuine candidate on my email ID [email protected] , Job title : Clinical Manufacturing POD Lead - Business Data Location : Foster City, CA (Hybrid), will accept who are ready to relocate Duration : Long Term Job Description: Lead and manage a dedicated Clinical Manufacturing POD focused on data coordination for clinical manufacturing processes across sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). Oversee data extraction, cleansing, transformation, verification, and upload processes for manufacturing information, including inventory, Bills of Materials (BOM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) setup, purchasing, and quality setup for all clinical sites and CMOs. Ensure accuracy and compliance of manufacturing data within SAP, maintaining adherence to pharmaceutical and clinical manufacturing standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other PODs (e.g., Quality, R&D, Supply Chain) to synchronize data management activities and align with project timelines and regulatory requirements. Conduct data validation and testing, ensuring successful data uploads and integrity within the SAP system. Identify process improvement opportunities within the POD, enhancing data handling efficiency while maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and clinical standards. Track and report key performance metrics related to data accuracy, compliance, and process improvements within the POD. Qualifications: Strong experience with SAP, particularly in data management related to clinical manufacturing and pharmaceutical settings. In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, especially those required for clinical trial manufacturing and adherence to regulatory standards. Proven ability to manage complex data handling processes, including inventory, BOM, EWM, purchasing, and quality setup data. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a focus on data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
