Provide support in troubleshooting various integration issues between Identity and Access Management applications. Operational responsibilities for managing and supporting the Identity and access management services including system & software upgrades, maintenance & tuning. Perform system administration tasks including account maintenance. Design and implementation of Identity and access management solutions using LDAP & CA-Broadcom suite of products. System enhancements, operational and maintenance responsibilities for DMV systems including Enterprise Content Management and Reporting systems including Documentum, Content Manager, Kofax and Business Activity Monitor. Ensure integrity of the agency's stored data. System Monitoring and Performance tuning. SQL server upgrades and optimization. Oracle server upgrades and optimization.
