Summary: Hardware Project Manager The main function of a Hardware Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. Summary: R&D Project Manager The main function of a R&D Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, quality and performance reporting. This will include managing the Hardware and Software Development of higher complex product in during its research and development (R&D) phase.
