Data Security & Compliance: Safeguard data in line with security standards and compliance requirements. Automation & Scripting: Create scripts to automate database management and improve workflow efficiency. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years in SQL Server database management, with 3+ years in a lead role. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL query optimization, high availability/disaster recovery setups, cloud database solutions (Azure SQL, AWS RDS), and scripting (T-SQL, PowerShell). Certifications: Microsoft Database certifications preferred.
