This role involves leading SAP HCM to Success Factors migration, conducting functional testing, and managing data transformation tasks. Experience with BIB integration, data validation, and mock loads is required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of SAP HCM Functional Consulting and ABAP programming experience. Strong expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management). Experience with SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and BIB integration. Strong understanding of enterprise testing and data management practices. ABAP programming skills for data transformation and integration tasks. Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration. SAP Certification and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
